Make Your Own Leather Journal - Pick a Date - 2 to 4 Participants

Design and create your very own journal in this 2-3 hour hands-on experience in an artist's studio! This is a great activity for couples or small groups.

Students will choose materials, fold and pierce pages, punch holes in leather, stitch everything up, and attach a closure. We use the same premium leather and opaque writing paper I use in my own work. (Leather selection varies each class.) Finished journals are 7 inches by 5 inches and contain 256 blank pages.

No experience necessary. All materials and tools supplied. You'll leave the studio with your finished journal and a feeling of accomplishment!

Workshop Info and Policies:

• All workshops take place at 429 E Sumach St, a couple blocks from downtown Walla Walla, WA.
• Crafty teens aged 12-15 allowed with participating adult. 
• Classes hold 2 to 4 participants total. That means plenty of one-on-one time.
• Restrooms are available.
• Feel free to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and say hello.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations prior to the day before the class can be rescheduled or refunded minus 5% to cover my processing fees. No refunds the day before or day of.
• If a class is canceled for any reason on my end (illness, emergency), I will reach out to see if you'd prefer to reschedule or receive a refund. 
• Accessibility: the workshop is in my basement studio - there are 8 stairs total. Stools are provided although there are a some parts of the making process where standing is required. Please let me know ahead of time if I can accommodate you in any way.
