Shipping policy

Please note: no shipping is charged on workshops and local pick-ups.

Most items are shipped within two business days, including those that are monogrammed (unless otherwise noted in the listing). Custom items take more time, usually two to three weeks, and we will do our best to give you an accurate shipping date with a couple days of receiving your order.

Shipping is usually by USPS Ground. We use UPS when it's a better value or upon customer request. Tracking numbers are sent by email for every package sent.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Scroll & Ink accepts no responsibility for late packages and no refunds will be offered.
