Kris is a master at customer service in addition to the journals—prompt responses, fast and friendly delivery. This was my first experience with the refillable journal—and I was incredibly impressed. The texture and cut of the leather, the quality of the paper, the design of the individual notebooks are the very high quality that I’ve come to respect. Highly recommend!
The exterior of the sketchbook is high quality leather with beautiful olive coloring. Kris hand makes these books and her attention to detail is obvious. Her prompt and courteous service, artistry and professionalism are all reasons Kris is a joy to work with.
