6x8 Leather Journal - "Rain's Coming"

Part of the ongoing Heritage Collection, this journal celebrates quality materials and fine craft.

At first glance you'd think this journal is only made with two leathers: Tuscan gold cow and a rich tan bison. But take a peek at the back and see that I pieced in a third leather - brown shrunken bison. The paste paper end sheets were created with gold and red paint, but when mixed they became a pink color I associate with the sky before a rainstorm (hence the title!).

• Original paste paper fly leaves
• 280 blank pages, 28 lb writing paper with an eggshell finish
• Closes securely with solid brass snap (antique finish)
• Use for writing or sketching
