Cancellation requests received less than 7 days (168 hours) prior to the initial start time are not eligible for refunds.

If a class is cancelled due to low participation, or illness or emergency, you will be offered the chance to reschedule or receive a full refund (no cancellation fee).

Returns are not accepted on artist’s books and wall art. Please contact me immediately if something arrives damaged. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required to file an insurance claim.
